+ -1 moreDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE A REALLY GOOD LAWYER!!!! If Roger or Chris Vold are involved, you are being mislead. We contracted for the barn, he built to the required specs (so he obviously knew what was required) and then sued us for 50% more than orig quoted! Over time, we came to realize that Roger had planned this all along and was setting us up. The work is satisfactory, but not for the price we eventually paid in addition to lawyer fees. We have since found out that Roger has a reputation among builders as a crook!
Description of Work: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE A REALLY GOOD LAWYER!!!! He may also use the company name Elite Custom Homes Inc. Barn was requested with detailed drawings and a list of required features. Roger bid to that drawing. He never had us sign off on plans, represented himself as us at the county and to the inspectors. He build a metal barn that included plumbing, electrical and a cement floor. It is of mediocre quality, but after all the extra expenses and legal fees, we could have built a premium barn! The plumbing failed about 3 months after completion and we had to evacuate horses for several weeks as ground caved in.
