+ -1 moreMr DeSpain came to give an estimate on a bathroom fixture upgrade for us. Perhaps the best thing I can say about him is that he was responsive to my inquiry for an estimate and was on time for the scheduled appointment. After that, I have nothing good to say about this business. He was uninterested, did not listen to my desired plan, threw out very high bid estimates, and refused to try to understand my desires and expectations. He was hostile, rude, condescending and very unprofessional. I have no basis to rate his work quality or efficiency since he did not do any work for me, but based on my interaction with him, I would recommend you steer clear of this hot headed handyman. There are plenty others out there to choose from.
