Work was done quickly and professionally. Dave was able to use an old switch spot, rather than creating a new one, which the other electricians were not able to do. So Dave scored big time by doing that. Price was right.

Low voltage wiring was a problem for new electrician who hadn't handled it in past. An electrician more experienced with low voltage wiring came to solve problems. Company was very responsive and problems were resolved.

Turned out great. They were prompt and responsive. They did a good job.

Everything was great. Not much to tell. He arrived on time, did a good job for a very reasonable price.

I had a great experience with Cross Diamond. The service person called when he was going to be late and was even earlier than he expected to be. He was able to answer all of my questions and was clearly a very experienced electrician. I am already planning to use them again to add some lighting in two of my closets. It's worth noting that they do not accept credit cards so be prepared to write a check or pay cash. It is well worth it, though, for good, trustworthy service!

Cross Diamond was the first of several companies to return my call this morning. We had gotten home from vacation and found that there was no electricity in one room of our home and a hallway. Breakers kept flipping off. Carl came over the same day that I called. Very professional guy. Analyzed the pesky problem and fixed it. This is a no nonsense guy. If it doesn't need fixing, he won't try to talk you into doing more work than the job requires. I also got an estimate for other work that we wanted to get done in the future. His estimate was very fair and we hope to get that done soon. Looks like we've finally found ourselves a good, honest electrician. We will be calling again!

They were excellent. It was like an emergency situation and they came out immediately. They were very responsive. They charged us less than they normally would have for two people, so they were very accommodating.

Carl came the same day I called to provide the estimate. He was super friently, very down to earth and took his time on the estimate. The day the work occurred, he was on time (to the minute), I even said something to him about appreciating that, and it was clear this is just how he runs the business. The work was done in a reasonable time, well done and cleaned up. I am so glad I found Carl and Cross Diamon and only wish I'd found them sooner.

Excellent service and professional all round

I bought an older home and got bids to update electricity and put new service into home. Got bids for outlets, new service to house, and to run separate circuit in one room. Hired electrician to do the work and he did not do a respectable job, and I did pay him in full upon receipt of his bill. I then called Dave from Cross Diamond Electric and he fit me in and worked very hard in my home. He communicated very well with me and talked to me about what would and would not work. Dave did a great job of listening to me and educating me on the electrical work. He did everything I asked and fixed everything I needed fixing including fixing one or more items the prior electrician did not do effectively. Dave also installed everything I needed installing. He worked very hard and the job was more involved than initially appeared but he completed it. I will only call for Dave from Cross Diamond electric whenever I need any more work.

Carl was very punctual. The original estimate was 250 and 2 hours of work. It took a little longer, approx. 3 hours, but i was still only charged 250.
