I?ve received 5 star service from all previous vendors referred from Angie?s list. I got three competitive bids to have the exterior of my house painted. My first mistake was choosing Josh Mxxxxx, the Certa-Pro salesman because we were from the same hometown and went to the same university- and he was a pastor and starting a new church. After I accepted his proposal (of $7700)-I never saw him again. He went out of town and did not pass my project on to someone else to supervise. My next communication was from the subcontractor hired by Certa-Pro notifying me he would be coming the next day. I had a significant amount of water damaged boards that needed to be replaced as well as deck rails needing to be rebuilt. It was in my contract that a price would be given for the railing replacement before work started. That never happened. The top railing was put on incorrectly. I called and spoke with the Denver South franchise owner- Arick Graham. He made excuses for why I had not received pricing before the work was done and the subcontractor told him the error made on the deck railing was my fault- which was ridiculous. Luckily I take pictures of everything. The deck repair was made. My biggest complaint was that there was little to no supervision of my project. The supervising sub- Miguel (Diego) who had his own painting company (so why did I need Certa-Pro) was there on the first day and last day for a short amount of time. That left me with 2 non English speaking painters that I could not communicate with. I had to pick up the trash they left everyday, tell them not to lean their ladders on my neighbors home, point out paint drippings and trash on my roof, paint drippings on my windows and screens, trim that needed painting, they damaged one of my drain spouts. On the last day after the painters were finished- we all had to wait around for the sub supervisor to show up. He did a minimal inspection- never got up on a ladder to check the painters work on the 2nd and 3rd stories of my home. I asked him why he didn?t give me a quote on the deck repair and carpentry. He said it wasn?t his job- that it was Arick Grahams job. I then pointed out paint smears and damage done to the concrete steps at my entryway. He brought over his concrete guy and the guy put a thin layer of concrete over the damaged area. Then it snowed and the concrete turned WHITE! It looks horrible. I?ll have to pay to have that fixed! Weatherstripping had to be replaced twice. Again, throughout this entire process I never saw anyone from Certa-pro. It was up to me to call and deal with the arrogant and condescending Arick Graham-owner. He did nothing but make excuses for mistakes made. When I looked over my final bill, I found that Arick double billed me on an item and that needed to be corrected. I am so sorry that I chose this company based on a personal connection with a sales person. Because the other two companies I interviewed were terrific. This was a horrible and expensive stressful experience. I definitely would never hire or recommend Arick Graham and his associates.

The painting was very good and the painters finished the job on time.

This was a fabulous experience.. Matthew Dykes the Residential Sales Rep is both personable, reliable responsible and professional. He did a great assessment on our home, and hired really good guys to crew the immense job. Our home had not been painted in 15 yrs.. They powerwashed, stripped old paint, nails et.. Stuccoed all holes, and hand painted all the "craftsman" style bits and pieces. The crews were timely efficient, cleanly and professional. Never a curse word!! All business and hard labor.

Excellent work and professional job . Brian and Eric were like a master working team each sharing the work load with pride in there work. And made sure after everyday that I was happy with the outcome. I would recommend Cert-Pro team especially Brian's team for true professional job anytime. The work was so great inside that I had the exterior done also the following week.

Virtually every surface of our home needed to be painted and Juan and his team did a wonderful job. The CertPro team gave us a fair estimate, operated around our ever-changing schedule, and did a wonderful job painting our ceilings, trim, walls, and baseboards.
