Wife and I went to other home improvement stores to purchase Bali cell blinds for our new house. We took all the measurements. We wanted energy efficient top and bottom opening Bali blinds. The blinds were pricey, so we went on the internet. We found this on line resource which save us 20 to 25% of the price for the same product. It pays to consider all resources.
