Brad and the roofing contractor, Jeff, helped us with our insurance adjustors to make sure we really received like for like value from the insurance company. That was instrumental in having the original insurance adjustor replaced by another and the amount from the insurance company going from $22,000 to $93,000. That was because of Brad and Jeff's ability to point out the needs we had and stress the quality of our original construction. Brad, as general contractor, put together a great crew of contractors. We replaced the entire roof first and were very pleased with Jeff and his roofing crew. Even after our siding was put up, these roofers came back to clean up our yard and replace several shingles that were damaged by the siding crew. Our siders did have a health problem with their crew chief, so we only had one person doing our siding for several days. I believe that if the crew chief had been around (he was hospitalilzed with pneumonia), we would have had more men on the job and it would have been completed faster. Even with that situation, the siding was done to perfection and we were very pleased. Brad's own company replaced our windows. His two partners removed our old windows and replaced all 22 windows for us. They even came in on a holiday to help us out and worked around our schedule. They were immaculate in their work and did a fantastic job! As a Pella contractor, Brad was actually able to beat the price that the Pella rep had quoted us! The windows were stained by another company and the stainer was very knowledgeable and experienced. Overall, our experience with Brad has been great. The delays we had were over insurance payment issues and demand coming from so many houses being hit by this storm and Brad keeping up with this demand. Given another time, not a catastropic one as this hail storm damage, I don't think there could be a better company than Alpine Remodeling and Brad Anderson.
