Purchased "Big Deal" from this provider. Overall my experience would have been great if not for having communication problems with the provider. I called two times and sent two emails to set up an appointment and did not receive a response. Angies List had to get involved to receive a response. Once I was able to set an appointment the technician was professional and knowledegable. I'm not sure if I would use this provider again as I place a high value on responsiveness. I answered "yes" to the question "Would I use the provider in the future?", because there is no "maybe" option.

They arrived on time and were very professional. They explained what services they were performing and let us know when they we we finished. They resolved a gutter issue that we have had for years. I would use them again

Very well. The roofer was earlier than expected which was great since I had a lot of people to see this day. He went right to work. He answered all my questions and concerns.

I was promptly contacted for scheduling, Joe Morse arrived on time ( at the time I had requested ) and explained that although my house was larger than the specifications stated in the coupon deal, he would inspect my roof and repair/seal any openings he found, but it may cost more money. I agreed to pay more if needed and he got to work. As it turned out, he did the roof inspection and sealed pipes and vents as needed AND DID NOT CHARGE MORE THAN THE COUPON PRICE! I was of course pleased with this, but more pleased with his explanations of what he found and what he repaired. He also visited with my neighbor who was interested in roof repair and gutter cleaning- he did this at my request, it was not scheduled. All in all, I feel very confident in Mr. Morse and his company and would use him again.

Called to get quote, I had the quote within a week. Scheduled the work for about 2 weeks later. They did the work, I was glad I was home to see them working otherwise I would not have realized it was done. Very good cleanup.

I am currently installing a evaporative cooler and the HVAC guy mentioned we should have our roof inspected. He thought there was hail damage. I live in a 100 year old home in Washington Park and the roof in the same since we moved in 1998. I called Adam's Roofing to inspect my roofing and make any needed repairs. I have used Adam's Roofing before. Joe came over this morning. He was on time and professional. He spent about 45 minutes on the roof and gave a detailed report on the condition of the roof. It is old. It has an old shake roof with several layers of asphalt shingles layered on top. He saw no large issues that to be addressed at this time. He did give me a very valuable tip - increase my home insurance coverage to cover the cost to bring the roof up to city code if and when it is replace. This tip could save me a bunch of money down the road.

I called Joe Morse who works for Adams Roofing to arrange a time for Adams Roofing to come out and replace a gutter on my garage. The call was made on Tuesday and they showed up on Saturday morning. This is a small job and I have had trouble getting roofing companies to come out to do the work. I know Adams roofing is busy so I appreciate them coming out. Three people showed up including Adam Gondek the owner. The work was done professionally and the installers were very pleasant. Overall a good experience and I would recommend Adams Roofing for gutter replacement and roofing projects to friends and neighbors.

I joined Angie's List about a month ago because my company has had several reviews over the past months. I thought Angies List was providing a great service to my customers so I joined in the fun. At the time I became a member I was not looking for anything in particular but I was sure that I would have a need in the future. Over the past weeks I have seen several roofing contractors in my neighborhood, I had no idea why they were swarming so I asked my neighbor. I was informed that they had hail damage from a storm about a month ago. I was not aware that we might have damage to our roof because I had not seen any of the tell-tail signs of hail such as destroyed flowers or leaves knocked off of trees.Then I remembered that I recently became a member of Angies List, so I thought I would give it a try. I typed in roofing, and up popped Adams Roofing. I called and told them my concerns. They came out that week and called me to tell me that my roof was in great shape and would last for several more years. What impressed me was how quickly they made it out and the fact that they didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Heck, they could have told me my gutters needed cleaning and I would have believed them. They offered to keep me on their tickler list, they offered to call back next year to check in. They also informed me that now that we were in their database they would give me a call if they became aware of a issue in our neighborhood. When we need our roof replaced I will call Adams Roofing, I think I can trust them.
