+ 0 moreThe contractor arrived at my home on time to provide an estimate. The estimate was compiled and received on the same day. My mother had used A GOOD ROOFER years ago to replace her roof and was very satisfied (and she is fussy!) When she sold her house 20 years later it passed inspection with no problems so I decided to get an estimate from them. I also got two other estimates. I went with A GOOD ROOFER and have no regrets. They were very accommodating and professional. I noticed other roofs in my neighborhood were slapped on in one day. A GOOD ROOFER used the same number of people (working at a good pace) but took approximately 2 1/2 days to complete the roof and replacement of gutters. They obviously took great time in making sure the roof was done right, We couldn't be more happy with these people and highly recommend them.
Description of Work: I had my old woodruff/masonite roof removed and replaced with a new roof. The new roof has a lifetime warranty. Also had gutters removed and replaced. Price included both services.

+ -1 moreWe were extremely happy with the work performed on our home. Scheduling was easy and the work was performed in minimal time. We interviewed a number of roofers and still feel we picked the best of the lot.
Description of Work: After a typical Colorado Hail Storm we had to have our roof replaced. Damage was extensive.

+ -1 moreThey could have done a better job. I was not too pleased with the quality of the work. We had to have them come out about 4 months after the job to repair some spots.
Description of Work: They tore off the old shingles, and replaced the Roof with a new Owens Corning Grand Manor Roof. They hauled away the old shingles.
