About us

I'm the sole proprietor so you only deal with me. I can handle most everything when it comes to standard remodeling and handyman work. I will hire a laborer for any grunt work to save you money. I will hire on as a sub-contractor with reputable builders. Terms: You pay for materials, I am paid weekly for hours worked. $25-35 hr depending on location and type of work. I generally don't work by the bid but I do give you an estimated total beforehand.

Odd and ends handyman, carpentry, repairs, honey do lists, small remodels, big remodels. I won't make you hire a painter or a plumber or an electrician because I do it all. If you have a big job I will recommend the right tradesmen, and focus on the carpentry but generally if the job is medium or small sized you will save money, and in most cases, time, by hiring me to work on your need until it is done!

Services we don't offer

Repetitive strenuous jobs; I will help you do one roof or floor but not a subdivision's worth. Though I offer a lot of various services, from plumbing to painting, I will not do landscaping (except irrigation) or clean-ups.
