Horrible. We paid Dan Scott however he not only ‘disappeared’ midway through the job, but he never paid his subs.. despite claiming he had. The work he had done was subpar. He even had his 14 yr old son doing the work. Many mistakes and sloppy work. Awful remodel experience. No attention to detail. Save your money and hire actual professionals to do your remodel project.

Went fine - he arrived on time and did a good job.

Mr. Scott/Covenant Construction did an outstanding job with our roof, we thought it couldn't be fixed and we would have to spend more money after having already paid a contractor who failed to meet our satisfaction and that of the engineer. Mr. Scott handled it all in a very professional, cost effective, and caring manner. He saved our roof and pocket book, he listened to our concern and gave us back our sense of trust. Mr. Scott is a very honest compassionate person, he explained all his work in a manner we understood, and was on time with his work completed as promised. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again. He is very well informed with all building codes and that helped a lot.

Dan is an excellent communicator. I always knew when to expect him and what was on the agenda. He was prompt, efficient, and always cleaned up after himself. His quality of work is exceptional. He was very conscientious to ensure that the custom work was exactly what I was expecting and envisioning. The results speak for themselves.

Covenant Construction was professional, prompt and the job site was cleaned up after Dan was finished.

Hauled off old, installed new, cleaned up mess. Kept me updated as needed and was very pleasant and professional about it.

It went very well. There was insulation dust everywhere, but the heating bill has been so much lower! We are so pleased with the work accomplished! Covenant Construction did a great job!

I told him what I wanted and he designed and built exactly that. They are very sturdy which is what I wanted. When painted the same as my house, they look as if they were there when the house was constructed. When painted the same as my house, they just blend in. I am handicapped and they have saved me from some nasty falls. I would recommend Dan to friends and I have! I would definitely hire him again.

He was fast and job was done for less than expected.
