Timely, communicated well, courteous & more than reasonable pricing compared to other quotes we received.

Do NOT use this company. We have had 7-8 months of misery dealing with them. They will not return calls, they do not show up when they say they will (often wonâ  t show up at all) and did not finish the job although they were paid in full. We ended up having to pay another company to correct KDMâ  s work, although this should have been under warranty.

The heating and A/C system installed by KDM Mechanical was so well carried out we are hiring KDM Mechanical to build our deck.

KDM Mechanical replaced a gas furnace in our home and paired it with a high-efficiency air-to-air heat pump. Mack is very knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems and went about the installation in a timely manner - i.e., he showed up when he said he would and did what he said needed to be done. Co-workers Darcet and Jimmy were very competent as well. We are very happy with our experience with KDM Mechanical and will hire them again in the not-too-distant future. Ron & Rose

A local contractor that actually shows up! Came out and gave an estimate I think it was the next day after I put out feelers. They had to order some parts for our AC install, but Mack communicated timelines very clearly. They came when they said they would and were very helpful in picking out the right unit for us and what we were trying to accomplish. Absolutely have already recommended them to our neighbors!

Mack is very knowledgeable and is very honest. I had contacted him to request a quote for a furnace replacement and after he evaluated the furnace and overall HVAC system, he recommended NOT replacing the furnace (which apparently is operating still very well) and he recommended adding additional air returns to correct the issues! Cost a lot less than a furnace replacement! I would highly recommend KDM (Mack) to anyone!
