Company under bid the competition and then billed 3X the bid price and left the work unfinished, so we had to hire someone else to finish the work. Completely unprofessional. Operating costs were triple the cost of other in the market place. Wasn't willing to negotiate or provide antiquity info as to why the services were triple the cost.

At first the folks at Justice Water Systems were pretty good. Except for never showing up early on the job site. They were located about a 90 minute drive away and could never seem arrive before 10 am. We contracted them to choose a location to drill and then drill a water well. It took three attempts to find water and this included using his recommended friend who has an electronic location service. Water was finally located but in a spot I selected by doing research. The well was sort of completed in November. Costs to this point were $21,074 then for two dry holes and the locator, then $13,176 for 1 gallon a minute and a pump. In June we began requesting quotes for the next phase which was trenching about 500' and installing an underground cistern. This is where the problems started. We received the first estimate and asked for a revision to a larger cistern, which would a have been more money for Justice. We never received the revised quote after many, many, emails and phone calls. Let me say here that we always paid every invoice immediately. We never tried to get lower prices or lower costs through change orders, and we were told we were an A list client. I'd hate to see how they treat D list clients. The end result that after 7 weeks of being ignored with an occasional "Oh sorry we are just so busy, please be patient" we have parted company. Prior to this I would recommended Justice, with some minor reservations, but sadly now I would tell anyone to stay away form them. Their employees were very nice and seemed to know there business very well. But the owner/managers seem overwhelmed and able to run the business professionally. I own a service business and have worked in commercial contracting for over 30 years, so I know how it should and can be done. I actually feel bad posting this because on a personal level I liked these people, but I would not want anyone else to go through this.

We've used Justice Water Systems for several years now for all our water needs and they have done an excellent job for us! They've drilled the most recent of our three wells, and are scheduled to completely rebuild our water treatment and cistern system for us next month in order to bring us into compliance with new state regulations regarding public non-community water systems. Their guys know their stuff and are quick, professional, and excellent in their work. I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!
