The installation was done properly, and our shades are still working very well. Because of this, we called them again, and asked for an estimate for some smaller windows. We did not hear back from them about our estimate, so we tried again and again, and finally the owner came out with her son to give us an estimate. She indicated that because the shades would be so small, that they may not be able to find a provider, but would get back with us. We did not hear from her after a few weeks, and called them to see if they had found out anything. We did not receive a return call, and after a couple more efforts to get some information with no return calls, we gave up. We would not call this company again. Nothing is more frustrating to a customer than to have a business give the customer an anticipated date for anything - even if it is just an estimate, information or installation and have no communication whatsoever. The customer should at least be notified if the business can't accommodate the customer for whatever reason, and reply to inquiries so the customer will know to seek other alternatives.

Outstanding. These are very solid folks and will get any business I have in the future.

SARA CAME AND MEASURED OUR HOUSE FOR SHUTTERS. SHE WAS VERY FOCUSED ON GETTING ACCURATE MEASURES AND WAS SPOT ON WHEN IT CAME TO COLOR AND STYLE. DOUG WAS THE INSTALLER AND WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS HIS ATTENTION TO THE FIT OF THE SHUTTERS AND CARE FOR OUR TRIM AND HOME WAS OUTSTANDING. THESE WERE HUNG IN THE PEAKS OF OUR HOME AND HE EVENED CLEANED THE GLASS WHILE HE WAS ON THE LADDER SO HIGH UP - BRAVO.
