Michael was easy to and maintain contact with. Being out of town from our rental property this was very important. He took pre-work and post work photos so we knew exactly what was required and what was done. We were hard pressed for time and he and his son worked diligently on the 4th of July as promised! His price is reasonable and there were no surprises when we received the bill. In summary, Michael is an honest hardworking handyman that performs quality work at a fair price - I highly recommend him.
