+ -1 moretThis is actually the second house that we hired Once A Tree to stain. The first one was last summer, the second one was Spring 2013. Lars and John went out of their way to custom blend and perfectly color-match the stain that was on our house. We really like the fact that they use top quality Sherwin William stain. They arrived when they said they would for both jobs, about 2 days prior to pressure wash the house. The staining job was quality work and provided us with UV protection from the CO sun. John was great, while he was staining he let us know about some loose soffits and some screws in our roof that were loose and had come out, he fixed them right up for us at no charge. We are very happy with the outcome of both homes (one is a rental).
