Bad business practices. I got a quote for tree removal from a few companies. This company had the best quote so I accepted and got on their schedule. I waited for a month for them to come after turning down other similar offers. When they arrived they said that they underestimated what the job required and that the price would be double what they originally quoted. I should have known that their original quote was too good to be true. I left a similar review on google and they responded by calling me incompetent and anti semitic. I would think twice before accepting a quote from this company.

This is an ethical company. After a misunderstanding as to my expectations and the specifics of the I wanted done, they refunded my money.

Great. Came out quickly, did job well and price was right.

Mike Wills came by, walked around and gave me a no-nonsense, reasonable quote for the tree trimming. After having another outfit fail to show up for the bid and a third miss two trees and still bid high, we scheduled Willco. They showed up right on time, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. We'll definitely be using Willco again.

They responded quickly and were available to remove the tree in the timeframe we needed. We did not want them to haul away the wood s Nice we wanted it for firewood, but they stacked it neatly for us. They finished the job quickly and without causing any damage to the house or roof that was so close to the tree (about a yard away).

Perfect. They arrived on time, finished on time, left the yard cleaner than it was when they arrived, and all at a reasonable price.

The actual removal of the deadwood went great. The service was done quickly and satisfactorily. A downside was that I was never given a contract, even after asking the workers for one twice. The only way I knew the work was indeed done was when I looked out and didn't see the trucks anymore. Even though I was home the whole time (with my car in the driveway), no one came to say that they were done so I could take a look before they left. My last complaint was that after I brought up these two issues (as well as complimenting them for the work done and timeliness of it) with the owner through an email, I never received a response back.

Mike came out to quote on removing some storm damage from a tree previously trimmed by another company and also to advise on trimming our other three trees. Of the four, he recommended only light trimming on the ash with the broken branch as well as our oak that had never been trimmed. He advised against trimming the other two saying they didn't need it. It was very refreshing to hear him say that since the other two companies we had come out prior both advised trimming all four trees. One of them took a very radical approach I was sure going to put the tree in stress and possibly kill it and we just didn't feel comfortable with them. Plus both of the other companies were extremely expensive. But Mike was so honest and reasonably priced, we decided that day to use his company. Rob and his crew just left. The trees look great and they did a very nice job with clean up. We have used other companies in the past and interviewed a number of companies over the years and this is a good one. We will definitely call them in a year or two to take care of our other two trees and have already recommend them to our neighbor looking for tree removal!

I think they do really good work. They are very complete and I was impressed with how well they cleaned up. they had 2 tree climbers and 2 ground guys to move debris to the chipper. They have this down to a science and the overall cleanup was great.

Within a week of my estimate, the tree was professionally trimmed. Everything was done in a timely manner . . . no surpeises! This is a family owned business, located close to my home. They were friendly, efficient. and did a wonderful job of cleanup! I will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thanks Willco Tree for a job well done!!!!
