I called Patrick on a Tuesday and explained we had a toilet that had been clogging, it was not urgent but Patrick said he could come out the same day. He showed up right when he said he would, was very professional, kind, explained what he was doing in detail . We ended up going with a new toilet and he came back next day to install. Again showed up on time, very professional, cleaned up the area very well and provided us with a quality product. In addition to the toilet he adjusted our temperature on the shower faucet for no charge. Patrick is a true professional, friendly and I can tell takes pride in working hard and doing the job right! We called on a Friday we had a minor flood in our basement due to a drain being clogged! My husband rented a snake from Home Depot and cleared the clog but we still called to have someone come out and make sure everything was running smooth. Patrick was able to get us in same day and came on time. No service fee or call out fee! He was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable!! I would 100% recommend this company....

Could not have gone any better. Patrick called to let me know he would arrive on time and then proceeded to show me what was wrong and fix the problem. Then tightened up my kitchen faucet too. A true professional. I will most definitely be calling him should any more plumbing issues pop up. You will not regret using this plumber!!!

He called and arrived earlier than his appointed time, which was good. He guaranteed his work for 30 days which the other plumber didn't do. He was more expensive than the other plumber as his charge was $154, verses about $120, but it included a part to repair a leak in the trap and we felt he was very thorough.. He is the owner of the business. We will call him again.

They are great. they came and fixed my drain. I had a clogged drain, and I had some pipes under my sink that were not installed correctly. He recommended I replace the pipes under the sink that was really cheep it was only like $22. Then he cleared the drain and really did a great job. He fixed a problem that another non license plumber guy did. I thought the price was reasonable. It wasn't exorbitant, it was reasonable. I wold totally use them again they would be my plumber. If I have any plumbing thing going on I am going to call them. One persons came out. He came out first to diagnose the issue and then he had to go back and buy some parts. So he came back the next day to finish the job. He was here about half hour the first time and an hour and half the second time. He left the area pristine. He was great he was real professional. He explained everything that was going on in an easy to understand way and he was professional.

Just one person came out to do the work and it took about a hour. He was just very professional. I would use him again. He was highly respectful and prompt.

Called Patrick around 7 pm with a house full of people and clogged sewer main. He arrived about 8 and had it cleared, cleaned up and gone by 9:30. Great service and a nice guy!

We were in a bit of a time crunch to get the work done. Patrick was able to come out and get the job done quickly. The scheduling was only the first part. To start, he didn't step into the house without wearing some of those protective booties. He worked cleanly and he made sure everything was clean before he left.
