It went really well. He helped us by installing a water heater, replacing our pipes, & replacing a few faucets. He was knowledgable about asbestos and helped us safely accomplish the job. He brought in a 3rd party for the asbestos and handled all the details.

Stop looking on Angie's List, call Patrick. He's a small business owner with little overhead so his pricing is reasonable. He returned my call immediately, gave me several options in his schedule to come out for a service call, and actually arrived exactly when he said he would - nice! He's professional, kind, pleasant and explains everything before he moves forward. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our shower, quickly found a company who could ship our part to him and came back to install it within the timeframe he initially said. I would highly recommend Patrick and Rooter 66 to anyone who needs some plumbing work done. It was really nice to have no fuss, no mess, a simple process, and not have to worry about a company walking into your home and jacking up their prices or selling you on items you don't want or need. It's also nice to deal directly with the owner starting with the initial call, the service, and the bill. It's refreshing to find a contractor who just wants to do good, honest work!

Patrick was very professional, and actually arrived early (something cable companies could take note of)! I had received a few quotes of over $400, but Rooter 66 was the most fairly priced, and is local to Northern Colorado. I was worried that it would be some guy working out of the back of his truck, but quite the contrary. Patrick showed up in a clean & professional work van. He did a very thorough job of disassembling the old system and installed the new one. It was also educational, as he pointed a few things out to me. It seems that I have a slow leak in my sprinkler valve, which lets a small amount of water through the system and freezes during the winter (something I will have Rooter 66 take a look at in the Fall). Overall, it was a quick and professional job (30-45min max). I will definitely do business with these guys again!

Patrick was able to get out there and fix the clog at less expense than he had originally quoted. He also figured out that the leak was from a corroded sink and that we needed to replace the sink and faucet. Patrick was able to select and purchase appropriate replacement parts and coordinate with our tenant to get back out there to install them. It was a very easy transaction on my part and I was impressed with his professionalism, courtesy and attention to cost and details. I will definitely be using him again. We have several rental homes so a good plumber is great to have on hand.

Our shower valve in our main bathroom was old and started to leak. Patrick gave us some options and we choose to have a new valve put in. He was able to install it without having to replace any tile which was great. He gave us all the pricing upfront and was very professional. He was very polite from start to finish, cleaned up after himself, and we would definitely use Rooter 66 again.

From the initial call through service, Patrick was professional and thorough. He explained the pricing up front and was clear in explaining all the details in our crawl space with our plumbing. He helped me both understand and feel knowledgeable enough to then explain it all to my husband (a win for me). He had extreme care factor, arriving with booties to cover his feet to keep from tracking in the snow, he came within 24 hours of my call about our blocked drain, and was super friendly.

He cleaned two drains for us and fixed a p-trap that was leaking under our kitchen sink.

Perfect! Patrick installed my new heater the same evening i requested services. He as prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. His service included all aspects of the situation, bringing in a new tank, installation, hauling the old unit. etc. His price was fair and a bit cheaper than other providers i called. I could not have asked for better service and will use him again for my plumbing needs.
