Lance was hired to install a replacement Rianni tankless water heater. Lance is very knowledgeable and enlighten me on what I should be doing to maintain the equipment. He also saw that the humidifier on the furance was not working. He was able to get that working again. Lance does vert clean and organized work.

In addition to the HVAC service, Lance has also done electrical work by installing can less lights and ceiling fans. Also, has replaced a water heater for us. Great work.
