I had a construction project completed fall of 2012 that significantly impacted my yard. Contacted Dwyer Greens to landscape part of the yard. This part of the job went well and had no problems. Subsequently asked them to blow out sprinkler system which they did. Received bill and it was double the highest amount of what I had ever paid previously.... my fault for not asking before they did the work. Not the end of the world but when they blew out the sprinkler system, they drained just part of the water pipe. It subsequently froze and cracked. Called to complain and was told that they could not have possibly been responsible for the cracked pipe. I asked them to come by the house so I could show them and discuss, and was told that they would when they could. After multiple phone calls (and at least a month later), they sent over the individual who had actually done the work. He quickly realized what had happened and repaired the pipes. Fast forward to summer of 2013. Looking for a specific plant, I called Dwyer Greens and asked about the availability of the plant. I was told that they had it in stock so I drove down to purchase. When I got there, found out that they did not have the specific plant that I was looking for. I was then told that what they had was in fact the same plant. When I asked and quot;if it's the same plant why is it called something elseand quot; the individual in the greenhouse replied and quot;are you going to buy the f**** plants or notand quot;. I left without purchasing the and quot;same but differentand quot; plants. I went home and researched on the internet and found out that they were not the same plant. I confirmed this information with several other greenhouses. Same family, not the same plant. The plants at the greenhouse are of good quality but are expensive. I have consistently found the same plants for approximately1/3 to 1/2 the cost at similar local greenhouses (not big box stores).

I was away while the work was done and pleasantly surprised when I returned home...the soil was prepared as agreed, flowers planted, irrigation installed, and it looked good. After a few weeks when plants started blooming, it looked Great and still does. My neighbor asked me for her name and number because he was impressed with the work and with the lack of loafing on the part of the crew. and quot;They workedand quot; he said. and quot;No leaning on shovels and talking on cell phonesand quot;. I was obviously happy to hear that. The colors and aesthetic appearance is wonderful....Lynn knows what she is doing and I would hire her again without hesitation.

Great trees. Work was done at scheduled time. Great workers...very professional and friendly.

From the first discussion to the final delivery - it went very smoothly.

Overall I continue to have a positive experience with Dwyer Greens. The plant materials are of a very good quality and do well without exception. Staff who work at my home have always been very conscientious and responsive to my needs. Sometimes they are a bit late, but usually call and let me know.
