+ 0 moreTerry did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He was a blessing from the first day I contacted him and was very flexible in working with my situation. He understood the importance of getting the job done as quickly as possible and my concern for keeping the price at a reasonable cost for the work to be done.
Description of Work: Terry was amazing from the start of my call to him. He was very flexible in his time and he understood the importance of my need and timing to have it done. He made every effort to get the job done and was honest in letting me know what needed done and not trying to make the job more than it was. Terry had to repair a leaky gutter and do minor repair on a soffit that got damaged from the leak from the gutter. Cleaned and installed a coat of sealer on the wood and painted the areas that needed paint and also got a color match for the job.

+ 2 moreIt was very good. Terry came the next day I called and did an estimate and came back to do the work within that month, so he was prompt. His estimate was one third of another estimate I received. He did very good quality work and he is very honest. He had a couple of suggestions and he kept right up with his word. He did little bit of additional work on the wheel chair ramp that we hadn’t planned on and he figured out a way to save money there. He was actually five minutes early.
Description of Work: I used Terry McDaniels Handyman for widening the doorway, building a wheelchair ramp, patching some wall plasters and for repairing the gutters.

+ 0 moreHe was here for two months. He was amazing and reused materials when he could to save us money. We allowed him to work when he wanted and we will definitely use him in the future. He was excellent and his price was very good.
Description of Work: We used Terry McDaniels to rebuild our master bathroom and he did all the ceilings because we had mold and water damage. He replaced the sub floor and organized the other subcontractors to come in. He just finished the work three weeks ago.
