After finishing the crawl space cleanout, it was noticed that the skirt doors were open and the cats were again in the space. I then hired someone to close up the openings. I crawled into the space which had a new vapor barrier and noticed that much insulation repair was not done as paid $500 extra for. Under the vapor barrier was very rough and bumpy and very hard to crawl on. they did not clean the rocks and cat messes up and the insulation was not repaired as promised and paid for.s I would not use them."

"I was having a hard time finding a company to take on a small drywall job (just 2 sheets), so I was happy when I found Patch Boys. I wish I would have read more reviews and found someone else to do the job or just done it myself.. The repair looks ok, but otherwise, I would not recommend this company. The contractor removed the garage light fixture, did not replace it, and did not tell me. I didn't even know where he put it and had to search my garage shelves to find it so that I could reinstall it. He left screws all over the garage floor. I'm glad I noticed before we pulled the cars in. I hope I managed to find them all so that this poor work doesn't also result in expensive flat tire repairs. On top of all that, the communication was unprofessional and the contractor showed up looking like they were heading to a political rally (inappropriate regardless of your affiliation.) Save yourself the headache and do the work yourself for hire someone else."

We have done most types of construction projects from multi-million dollar commercial projects, small to large remodels projects and large track home developments. About 7 years ago, we started working with a few select custom green energy builders. This afforded us the opportunity to work directly with homeowners to develop insulation and energy plans that fit their needs. We quickly realized how much we enjoyed working directly with homeowners vs. a big builder that may not have the buyer's long term interests at heart.
"I had 1700 sf of attic space insulated and air sealed in a two attic, tri-level house. Ryan was absolutely awesome. He was very knowledgeable and answered everyone of my questions...I had a lot. They showed up early to every appointment. Once the job was completed, they did an awesome job cleaning up and vacuuming with their HEPA vacuum. I would highly, highly recommend these guys. They also filled out the Xcel rebates for me and subtracted from my bill. AND, they did a blower door test to validate the air leakiness of my house. They were able to reduce my leakiness by 52%!!! The next day, I could feel the difference already!"

"Hired Wade to repair and resurface my walls. Guaranteed his work is what he said,, The taillight guarantee. Poor quality . They textured four rooms and a hall ,the texture does not match from room to room. There are large blisters on the walls 5" in diameter in multiple rooms with texture falling off. The header he repaired looks terrible not straight. Left a big mess .Applied texture so heavy I cleaned it up using a shovel two large piles of texture left in back room . Another contractor has said the wall will need to be re sanded and retextured to get it to look the same . Wade has not returned to fix this mess I tried to get him to fix it with no results . I would not recomend."
