This company performed the work as expected. It was an ice maker replacement. However, I was the one who had to reach out for appointments, scheduling, and reconfirmation of the appointment after the part had been delivered to the business. I felt like I was working more to accomplish my need than this business. Proactive communication and customer service are ways this could have been a better experience. This business had no problem immediately asking for my deposit for future work to be performed but then I had to do the work to ask for status and scheduling. This "pro" was about 15 dollars cheaper than a couple of other quotes, but my time is much more valuable than that small amount I saved by using this company.

He came the day after we made contact about our washing machine. He was on time and gave us an honest evaluation of the work that needed to be done and the cost. We decided to get a new machine rather than get it fixed. The machine was almost 30 years old.

I loved how prompt and efficient he was for fixing our clothes dryer. He gave some great advice on how to get it to last longer. He even had the factory part in his jeep!!!! So no waiting at all. He was kind and patient with the six children running around and asking questions. I enjoyed working with him and will for sure seek to use tri lakes again!!!

Very pleasant, even early to appointment but called first, quick and knew his craft.

Everything was good except that the washer makes MUCH more noise (which was not the problem why we asked for help) during the rinse cycle. I doubt if this noise bodes well for this washer continuing to work properly for very long. Fix this problem for free and I will remove this review and write a better review. Aside from this, everything was fine.

They were able to come out in a quick time frame. They provided a quote and it was the amount we paid. We had purchased a microwave from Home Depot but they could not have their installer call us back so we called Try-Lakes. The cleaned up any mess made and made sure the appliance was working. Very friendly. I would recommend this company.

Came at time expected. Examined my dishwasher and said due to age and cost to repair maybe I should replace it. Which I did. Service call cost was $90.00 a very good price.

We didn’t do the repair, but I was given options. He was upfront with me on the cost of the repair and the age of the refrigerator. They are now “my guy” to call.

Alex Malone has been out to repair our old dryer and our dishwasher. In both instances he went out of his way to get the repairs completed that day. I had a house full of people when my dishwasher broke. A holiday weekend was coming up and Alex was completely booked. He came back later in the day and fixed it. We were so thankful. Alex is knowledgeable and a great person. We have total confidence in him! We have and will continue to use his services!

There are no courtesy calls on his progress in finding the parts, so you do not know how long the repair will take.
