Alex followed our repair to the end. He didn't have to tell us that the part was still covered by an extended manufacturer warranty; he could have charged us for parts and labor. But he was honest, allowing us to save hundreds of dollars. We will remember this when we need appliance repair again.

Originally we thought our refrigerator was shutting down. There were strange sounds in the house each morning. My wife and I believed they were coming from the refrigerator. Alex M. came to our house to troubleshoot the problem the day I called. He graciously agreed to come back to our house after the Labor Day weekend at 6AM to hear the sounds when they were happening! The day before Alex agreed to come, I discovered that one of our sprinkler zones was hardly working. The sounds had been happening at the same time each day. Shortly after his arrival, when the sounds began, Alex immediately announced that they were not coming from the refrigerator and sounded more like a water line problem. He confirmed our problem. This man knows the business.

Was pleasant to work with. I appreciate the fact that it was up front with me about the cost for evaluation of the washer and the needed repairs. I ended up just getting a new washer because it was cheaper.

Bottom freezer would not defrost properly. Problem was ice build up and no part was needed. As workman was chipping away the ice ----most of it landed on my oak wood floor. I shared with him about the ice/ water mess on the floor and he suggested I get towels . ------that & had to wipe the floor and put down. He proceeded to empty the freezer and put the frozen food on those wet towels. I ran for a canvas tarp and I transferred ALL the frozen food to the tarp. when he was done removing. all the ice, he made no attempt to put the frozen food back in the freezer nor clean up the wet tarp or the wet floor. LAZY. Asked for money and shared that he had another job to get to and left. I am a senior citizen about to be 80 . He is a disgrace.
