This service technician arrived on time and saw my problem. We discussed the situation told me to defrost my refrigerator. He did not charge me anything. He was honest and I will definitely use this service again when needed.

Alex called right after I filled out the form online requesting a response. (Of the 3 companies, he was the ONLY one to call.) He gave me an idea of what might be wrong and an estimate of the probable cost. He showed up on time, diagnosed and explained the problem, and repaired my refrigerator efficiently and at a reasonable price. I am very happy with the job he did and will call him the next time I have an appliance needing repair.

Alex saved us hundreds of dollars and several days on our repair. We thought it was the compressor, and it was just a switch. He was done in a short amount of time and our refrigerator was ready to be reloaded a few hours later. Some other places would have done the compressor replacement, which is what we thought we needed, and charged us the additional money, but not Alex. We really appreciate his honesty!

Quickly called back. Dishwasher was repaired after several visits when a more thorough initial diagnosis would have solved ordering the wrong part. Ended up being a simple fix.

Alex did a good job fixing my washing machine. The process dragged out over a couple days, but since it broke on Christmas Eve and the parts store was closed, it's hardly his fault. The price was fair and I would hire him again.
