He really over charged me on parts and wrote the price of the parts with pen on the box.. I showed him the price on internet he did not believe me and said they have 20% mark up I get that buy something that cost $10.95-39.99 they marked up to $125.95 that is no 20% mark up that s more like price gauging to me

He quickly determined which parts needed to be replaced, found a source for the broken part, and quickly had our dishwasher up and running. Alex was great to work with--professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about dishwasher operation. The cost of the repair of very reasonable. We would definitely recommend him to others.
