I called The Sprinkler Guy and left a message. Waited two days for a return call but he didn't call us back. Going to call someone else!!

He does a great job. He did arrive on time and did quality work. They were very easy to work with and the price was reasonable. I would recommend them to others.

I had Robert turn on my sprinkler system in early April and he warned me that if it got cold again, I would need to take steps to protect the system. He showed me the steps but I didn't do them when we had a cold snap a week after he turned the system off. When the water froze in the valve assembly on the outside of my house, it busted a piece right off the top. I called Robert and he came out to see what I'd done. I thought I was going to have to replace the whole valve assembly, but he was able to just unscrew a piece off the top and replace it, which cost me a lot less than I was expecting. He showed me the steps again to protect from cold weather and tested the system again to make sure nothing else had broken in the cold.

Due to the peak season (summer), he wasn't able to get back to me for over a week. Otherwise, he was courteous.

Robert showed up for our appointment on time. He found the sprinkler valves then turned on the water supply to the sprinklers in the house and then at the valve outside. I didn't know where all the sprinkler heads and watering zones were, so he ran each zone to find them. We checked all the heads to make sure they were aimed correctly to not waste water. I asked him about the rain sensor and he pointed that out and told me how it worked. Then he programmed the sprinkler controller to run on the days that I wanted.

Great, fast, easy, professional.

It was great, he was easy to work with, did a good job and charged a fair price.
