They never bothered to get in touch with me in response to my email, sent from Angie's List.

The home visit for the free estimate was performed. I was never given any information at all subsequent to the completion. I called three times and emailed twice. I was told they had nothing on file and that the owner would contact me with information. That never happened. I decided to move on to another contractor.

Steve came to our home, inspected the damage, and advised us of the causes for the damage. He also brought in an expert in damage assessment and restoration who was able to use a water sensor to detect if there was damage behind the tile to the wall we couldn't see. Had our builder not repaired the damage himself (at his expense) we would have hired Steve to do the repair for us.

GREAT--would do it again/wish I had found Steve sooner and I will certainly recommend.

They are still working here and it is going great. I would highly recommend them.

The only review I can give this provider is an F for failure to return messages. I was not able to have work done because he did not respond. Will not bother again.

The shower looked nice for about six months. Then it cracked. I called the business three times and asked for a return call so he could come back out and fix it. He never even called me back. I recommend you not ever use this person. I called the Grout Doctor and he said Steve used the complete wrong material. Matthew from Grout Doctor did a great job. Give him a call instead At 719 464 5938.

We had a lot of cracked grout in our shower. When Steve came for the estimate the first thing I noticed when he came in the house was that he took his shoes off. I knew right then and there that he was going to do a great job ? and I was right. He cleaned the grout and tiles and then replaced the cracked grout. Several seams need to be caulked, he took are of that too. Our 16 year-old-shower looks like new.

Completely satisfied. Steve was very knowledgeable and reliable. He did a great job fixing our kitchen grout and replacing several tiles. He also re-grouted our master shower. I expected a mess from the job but there was hardly any clean up for us to do. Steve was on time and very good at his job. Everything went as promised. I would highly recommend him for your job.

Could not be more pleased with the job that Steve did. The shower looks much better than when we bought the house 16 years ago. Over the years, I have tried to do minor maintenance on some of the grout that was coming loose, but it was time for a professional refurbishing and that is exactly what Steve did. It looks beautiful!! He was timely, personable and explained what he was doing. Also he took his time and was not rushing the job. This also was the case when he came to give us an estimate. It was a pleasure doing business with him and based on the above highly recommend him!

I did not use The Grout Medic after all. They came out to look at the job, wrote down what needed to be done and that was it. I haven't heard from them since.

Very satisfied. He clearly told us what he would and could do. He told us how it would work and then did the work professionally. He was honest in declining to do work that was not his forte. No complaints.

Steve came out the same day I called and gave me an estimate for Tile replace in my shower. He was very professional and gave me a very fair price estimate. He could not do the work for about 2 weeks. I found another tile man who could do the work the next day so had him do the work. Steve did a temporary caulk to make sure no0 more damage was done and charged me nothing. I would definitely use Steve in the future.

Went great. Looks like new. Took less time than estimated. Very friendly and professional.
