We got an estimate for neighbors in Buena Vista where the prices were outrageous. Tim was completely willing to schedule a trip all the way there,, but my neighbor finally found a reasonable contractor from Salida. Our neighbors in Monument recently used S&S and their driveway looks great!s

+ -1 moreVery well! The team showed up as expected and did a fabulous job. Tim was very responsive to all inquiries, getting to my initial contact within 24 hours. He provided an estimate with a couple of days. His estimated cost was half as much as some of his competition (I almost hate to put that comment in this review as I'm afraid he may raise his prices!). I would definitely recommend Seals and Stripes to anyone needing asphalt service

+ -1 moreJob was started on time as promised and completed as scheduled. Everyone was professional and very friendly. The crew even offered samples of a pork roast that they wrapped in foil and placed on the asphalt machine when they started in the morning. It takes a lot of heat to melt the asphalt so makes a great oven as well. It was delicious and made a great lunch for all. Not only a good job, but a fun experience.
Description of Work: Repaired and added a 2" overlay to our old driveway (approx. 7000 sq.ft.). Added approx. 1000 sq. ft. 3" thick new driveway including all necessary prep work for both.

Description of Work: Filled cracks in asphalt driveway and sealed entire driveway. This company did an outstanding job. I have used three other company's in the past, and Seals & Stripes did a much better job all round. I will be using them in future.

His crew arrived at the date and time promised and did a fantastic job of sealing. They stayed and quot;within the linesand quot; and made no mess. The price I paid was more than reasonable as opposed to doing it myself. I HIGHLY recommend Seals and Stripes - you WILL be totally satisfied with the results and the price. Thanks Tim !!

Description of Work: Paved new 270 ft driveway section and seal coated existing 270 ft of asphalt driveway. Local Monument company. Not the cheapest. Not the most expensive. Prompt--actually started a day earlier than scheduled. Tim, the owner, said what he would do and then did when he said. We would hire them again.

Couldn't ask for more. Completely happy with the product. Have already and would again recommend Tim and his company to others.

+ -1 moreNo work was performed. This was the choice made by Tim of Seals and Stripes. 7-May-12 update. There is no mistake. This is the company. I'm not on record because they never did the work (as mentioned previously - they were too busy, never came, never called.)
Description of Work: No work was performed because Seals and Stripes was too busy or not interested in performing any work for me. I called at least 6 times, spoke to Tim personally 3 of those times. Tim said they ran an ad, got a great response and were too busy for my job. He said he would visit my home the following week and give me a bid for installing a colvert and sealing my long asphalt drive. He never came, never called me back. So, I called him again, and again, and again. My last call was in Oct of 2007, 2 months after my original contact. I don't expect good work from a non-responsive business.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS VERY EFFICIENT. THEY CAME ON THE DATE AND TIME THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD, GAVE A FREE ESTIMATE, AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON MY DRIVEWAY THIS PAST JULY. THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND CAPABLE AND VERY POLITE.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY REPAIRED AND FIXED THE POTHOLES OF MY DRIVEWAY, AND THEN THEY SEALED WITH ASPHALT.
