 + -1 moreWe called them the day before Thanksgiving and they were able to come out that Saturday. I was impressed with their ability to meet our tight deadline. They arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally. The carpets were clean but we felt the overall cleanliness was not quite as good as we have previously experienced. We called them because their price was reasonable and our former favorite carpet cleaner does not seem to be in business anymore.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in our bedrooms, stairway, game room and office. Also cleaned a large sofa.

Description of Work: I have a four level home with a lot of carpet and I had it all cleaned. I specifically talked about its light color and some pet stains that I was concerned about, before scheduling. I was assured that this process would get them out or I would not be charged. After the carpet dried there were still several stains that were visible. I called the owner back and he came out the next morning and worked on them for about half an hour. After the carpet dried they came back again but he was already paid and I did not think that having him come back out would make it better. He definitely tried, but the end result did not meet my expectations. Super nice and kind person though.

Description of Work: Our offices had a water issue that took place over a weekend. We called Noah's, and they came out that day and took care of problem. They were prompt, professional, and just nice folks. They came back and did some office chair cleaning as well. I would highly recommend them!

 + -1 moreWe called them, explained the situation, and they felt it was something well within their scope of service. They picked up the rug, cleaned it, and returned it to us in like-new condition. It was a great experience. I would use them again for any rug or carpet cleaning, and recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Our dog had an accident on a beautiful and expensive area rug. They cleaned the rug, leaving it in better condition than before the pet incident. This occurred last year, so I don't recall the price of the service.

 + -1 moreThey are a husband and wife team and they were great to work with. They did an excellent job. They put covers on their shoes and everything was placed back the way it was initially. I felt like their price was excellent considering the work that was done.
Description of Work: They cleaned about 1500 square feet of rugs through out my home. They moved some of our furniture.
