Description of Work: I called K2 Kritter and Kevin came out in less then an hour. I couldn't believe how quickly he responded. I had a raccoon living in my chimney. He got up there and used his catch pole to pull the rascal out. It was amazing to watch him work. His father taught him well and he is amazing. (I used his dad 4 years ago for skunks). I tell everyone the story and they enter his number into their cell phones. Love this business!!!!!!

Description of Work: This company helped us get rid of the family of squirrels in our attic space and removed the gophers that resided on our property. They inspected the attic for the points of entrance and exit and set traps to catch the offenders. They came to check the traps daily. They also took care of the gopher traps on a daily basis to make sure that no one was truly hurt in this process.

Description of Work: Kevin came out to do an inspection to see how mice were getting into our house--we had/have an infestation in the attic and basement. He sealed some portions of the house (along the roof, put some steel wool in one part of the foundation/siding) and said he was going to set traps and come back for them to make sure the problem was solved, but he never set the traps and never came back. Granted, my husband was the one at home when Kevin came to do the work and he didn't know that Kevin was supposed to set traps, so he didn't remind him, but in my opinion, we shouldn't have had to remind him. Our mouse problem has not been solved at all--we are still catching mice in traps daily, so obviously they are still getting in. It's been months now and we have just as many mice as before. I called Kevin back and left a message so he could honor his guarantee, but he never called me back. I said I would update this review after I contacted him and now I have and I've downgraded my rating because he never called me back to fix the issues he didn't resolve the first time out.

Description of Work: I used K2 Kritter Solutions to trap raccoons. He had traps on the roof for 2 weeks before one of the raccoons came around. He checked them every day and he called me every day. He left me notes when he was here on what he found.

Description of Work: I used K2 Kritter Solutions Inc in December to remove some squirrels that were in my roof. They trapped three squirrels in the attic of my house. They then sealed the roof to prevent the squirrels from getting back in.

Description of Work: Kevin owns this company and I was impressed from the get go. He answers his phone himself - and returns calls immediately. I never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a call back. Most of the time he answered right away. We had squirrels in our attic - a recent development. He crawled into a very hard to access part of the attic, took inventory of damage, and noted things that needed to be performed to solve our problem. He then inspected the outside of the house/roof and found a few other areas that critters could get into our house. He gave us two estimates, one for just removing and fixing the squirrel/access problem and one to fix all access problems (we had several). He showed us in person what these were and how critters use them in the summer/winter to get into the house. (Many of my neighbors had had trouble with critters in the same ways so we opted to fix everything.) When he left I felt educated to the max (but not overdone). He was very knowledgeable and to the point, taking care to answer any and all or my questions. We hired him to fix everything, not just the one entry/squirrel problem. His fee (roughly $300) was notably cheaper than the others I called. He offered the same services, catch, remove/release and repair. We also hired him to fix the other entries where critters could access the house (another ($300)). I contacted other companies and again, their cost to repair the same things was significantly more expensive. Kevin kept in touch with us daily by attaching a note to the door saying he was there (if I wasn't at home) and what he had done... removed one squirrel from trap/reset trap, etc. When needed, we talked on the phone or in person. Kevin kept coming back until the squirrels and all of the "noisy scratches" at night went away. Took about a week to a week and a half.

Description of Work: Kevin Miller made multiple trips to our home/property over a period of several weeks to set traps, remove skunks and raccoons from the traps on a daily basis, dispose of the skunks and relocate the raccoons far from our neighborhood, and reset the traps. We caught 6 skunks and 6 raccoons over this period of time, and in all our dealings with Kevin, he was most professional and pleasant to conduct business with. Kevin was also honest in informing us that if we did not have numerous bird feeders in our yard, that we most likely would not have the skunks and raccoons. And so instead of continuing to use his services and spending more and more, we finally made the decision to move our bird feeders outside of the yard and onto our back driveway to keep our dogs from being sprayed by the skunks and from fighting with the raccoons when we let them outside after dark. He was correct. Our sightings/smellings have been greatly reduced to almost non-existence.

Description of Work: Bird caught in chimney between fireplace and lining of fireplace. Unable to coax out or remove. He closed off the chimney cap securely, and placed bleach and de-odorizer into space. The animal could not be removed and it was dead already. This was the best solution. I was very happy with the solution.
