+ 1 moreWe had a great experience- nothing like some other reviews would suggest. Brad was responsive, fairly priced, flexible with revisions we made and provided more than adequate supervision. His crews were prompt, hard working, polite and clean up daily. We had 3 mid size projects going simultaneously, including retaining wall, dirt removal, custom stairs and removal/redo of some old landscaping. It all went very well and we would/will use again.

+ 0 moreGuy is a con man took my money and never finished the job as others on here have reported. Now having to deal with lawyers to recoup thosands from this scam artist. Do not use this guy. + -1 moreInitially happy with the work done. Everything was started in December. 3 trees, a bunch of plants, rock, mulch, sprinkler system. An additional project of a pergola was added, completed and paid for. His company was to return in the spring to do the sod, set/adjust the sprinklers. One of the 3 trees died. He was to replace it. May came and went-"graduation parties, trips, mission trips" A lot of "I've not forgotten, I do plan to finish the job". We wrote and said if you are not going to come, just let us know. No , No, I'm finishing. No word for several weeks. At my last request I got no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB. He has not responded to them either.

+ -1 moreThe provider was supposed to build a split rail fence in Sept. He delivered some material and was weeks coming back, never calling. In meantime my fence was down and I have 3 big dogs. He never finished the job, never responded to phone calls until threatened with atty. I ended up paying almost 2000.00 more to get someone to complete the fence in NOVEMBER. All this time I am trying to keep dogs withing exercise pens.I never collected any money from him although he said he would settle with me if I didn't go to court. Stay away from this guy. He has other reviews on other sites. I am not the only one.

+ -1 moreThe best that I can say for Brad Dail is I would never do business with him again and honestly no one should. All we have are broken promises, lies, and a lot of good money paid to Brad for work never completed. I have heard stories about how his phone is broken, his email is broken, his works are busy doing Mexico stuff and can't be on the job. We have heard stories about how he can't do work this year as his guys can't get over the border due to drug problems. I know its hard to believe but feel free to email me and I will be glad to cut/paste or forward the email from Brad Dail with these stories. Again, BEWARE, this person is a dishonest scammer!
Description of Work: I hired Brad Dail to do two landscaping project at my house. One was in the back yard and one was in the front yard. The project in the back yard was suppose to be completed in a couple weeks. The project took months and was never completed. Since winter was coming up we did provide a partial final payment and Brad never showed up again to complete the project. The project 90% complete and with problems still unresolved. So much for his one year warranty he has told us about and listed on his web site. The project in the front yard is paid for at 50% completion. The work was less than 25% complete and Brad has never shown up again to do the work. He does not answer the phone or call back as I have called him no less than 20 times. I email Brad a few times a week and he answers email about once every 2-3 weeks promising how he is coming out to do work. Well month after month that is he story but he has not returned to do work and now he is claiming he is going bankruptcy and that I will never get work done or see my money again.
