+ -1 moreI called Custom Climate Control and left a message. Got a return call within 5-10 minutes; so he was very responsive. He told me he was unfortunately out of town the whole weekend (I called on a Saturday morning) but he offered instead to give me some tips to try to some simple fixes to see if I could repair the furnace on my own (i.e., clean the flame sensor). I went up into the attic and it his instructions worked! I want to leave a positive review for him since he helped me over the phone (even though he was out of town) and got the furnace working again. I am highly impressed with his work ethic (quick response) and customer service (giving me ideas even though he wouldn't directly benefit from it). I will certainly consider him for future HVAC/Furnace work and maintenance!
Description of Work: Upstairs furnace (located in the attic) would ignite the natural gas but would cut out after several seconds. The furnace would try to restart several times before resetting and repeating the cycle.
