Absolutely fantastic service. I felt IMPORTANT to them. Blake and Joel were terrifice. They are by by name recommendations. The appraisal was accurate, service on-time, product excellent, and overall service unprecendented by companies in that service industry. In the roofing business...you get what you pay for....and I feel lucky that I had Campbell Roofing!

I was very disappointed in the quality of work and the lack of attention to details. I have over 30 years in the construction business so my knowledge on quality is very good. There has been a lot of roofing companies in my neighborhood over the past six weeks beause of the severe hail storms we received. Campbell Roofing is the only company that did not put a sign up nor did their trucks have any identification on them. If was as if they did not want anyone to know they were doing the job. My insurance company really pushed them onto me and I am disappointed in them as well. The overall work was just sloppy; no attention to details. They were at my residence three different times and each time they departed without me knowing about it; as if they were sneaking off before I found something else wrong. I only met the quality control person one time to point out some of my displeasure. The look on his face was like, "Are you kidding me? What do you want? Perfection?" Well, yes I did for the amount of money being spent. Each time that it rain now, I look up at my ceiling and wonder if it is going to leak. One should not have to worry over such a thing. I went up on the roof after they left and saw the lack of attentio first hand. Most homeowners do not go up on their roof but only admired the work from the comfort of the driveway. If you are not climbing up on the roof to inspect the work, then do not say what a wonderful job was done. The aggravating thing now is all of the roofing contractors who keep ringing my door bell wanting to do a free estimate for a roof replacement on my house. They cannot tell that it is a new roof...sigh. I know first hand how hot it is to work on a roof, been there and done that. I am too old to be doing it now. I really regret having them to do the project. I have written many positive reviews on this site, not just negative ones. The sad part is, Campbell Roofing do not even care I am an unhappy customer. They have cashed the checks and that all that is important to them.

They were excellent. They were professional and responsive. We may use them again.

They were very quick and efficient, but not so good on clean up. We used them five or six years ago and we decided to use them again.

This was the second time I used Campbell and was quite happy with them. I had some problems with my home owners' association regarding replacement of the roof and Campbell rolled with the punches as much as possible with regard to timing of the job. The work was completed as promised and passed inspection with the city inspectors the first time through.

They were awesome. They were really, really good. They were very prompt and very thorough. They came in like half of what the others did on the estimate.

I hired them to put on a new roof. I had concerns about our satellite dish being affected by the roof repair. I was told there would not be any problems with this. I was assured that my tv would be working the night of the reroof. After the roof was repaired, the men put our satellite back on, but did not set ist I could not get in contact with the gentleman that I spoke to and was told by someone else that they do not deal with satellite dishes. I then had to have someone from DirecTV come out and fix the problem to realign with the satellite. Now, I have holes in my roof because it had to be moved. I then contacted Campbell Roofing about the holes. There was not a reply. The only way I got a reply was when I called my insurance company and they called Campbells to repair the corner of my roof with the holes. DirecTV had to come out two more times to take off the satellite. Campbell had to repair the corner and then DirecTV had to put the satellite back on the roof and reset it. I have been inconvenienced 10 hours of my time, 8 days without DirectV, and one month before all of the repairs were finally finished.

Without our knowledge, the roof was in pretty bad shape from hail damage, and they said nothing about it. They fixed the part we asked them to fix. A month later we had to replace everything on our roof with our insurance company.

We need a new roof due to hail damage. Chose Campbell Roofing due to their good ratings on Angie's List and the fact that they are recommended by our insurance company. Left work early to make the appointment. After waiting about 15 minutes, I called them to find out whether they were coming. They hadn't even left the shop yet, and weren't planning on coming due to bad weather. I understand that it is dangerous to do a roof estimate in bad weather, but the least they could have done was call! We did not reschedule the appointment as if this company does not have the courtesy and professionalism to call in a timely manner, we don't want to deal with them.

Very well. Only complaint is that there were a lot of nails left on the property. Otherwise, excellent service and workmanship!

Very professional, excellent quality. Their roofing crew was very careful, cleaned up nicely, and took extra care in flashing my numerous skylights. You may find a lower price, but not better service or quality. I highly recommend them.

I had a bad experience with them on pricing. It was way too high. They came out and looked at my roof. They were my insurance company?s preferred provider, but their price was totally outrageous. They quoted me $3,000 more than I paid for the same job. I understand from the insurance company that they are really good, but their prices are totally ridiculous. The fact that they were recommended by my insurance company stood out to me about them. They were also very responsive. However; I would not consider using them in the future because they are just too expensive. A shingle is a shingle; it?s not like food where you can cook it better. I?ve done roofing work myself on small jobs and there?s nothing to it.

I needed them to repair the roof by a certain date and they jumped me ahead in their busy schedule. I would use them again with no hesitation.

Did a good job on replacing the roof. The installation crew was timely, did a great job and cleaned up around the house completely after the job which took 2 days. The only problem we had was getting Cambell to complete the roof inspection with El Paso county which was not completed until April 2010 (over 6 months from the install). We finally scheduled it with the county after discussing it with an El Paso county rep at a home show.

They were first recommended to us by our insurance. Their estimator came out and gave us an exact estimate. It was a couple of thousand dollars less than that of the others even though they were to provide the exact same materials and service as some of the others. They were also a large company and not a fly-by-night operator. Campbell Roofing did everything better than they were supposed to and were competitively priced too.

We got 3 bids on the job. All were very similar, but the Campbell bid was itemized, while the others only gave a bottom-line price. After accepting the Campbell bid, paid a $500 deposit. A couple of weeks later, they called to say when the materials would be delivered. On the delivery day, they called again to say that the crew would be there in the morning. The crew worked about 9 hours the first day (5 men), and about half of the second day (2 men). They cleaned up after themselves both days. The quality of the work looks good.

As opposed to another company that just told me I need to replace the roof, Campbell's roofing explained that while the roof was aging, the leak was a simple matter of caulking. Very honest and helpful! ($150.00)

Carlos is an exemplary leader of this team. They are all very hard workers with no slackers. The first day they worked continually from approx. 9:00 AM to after 7:00 PM (after dark). The initial estimate was to strip and re-roof in one day, but the number of skylights needing Ice & Water Shield slowed the process. Even though they could have cut corners to stay on schedule, Carlos took the time necessary to carefully wrap all skylights with the waterproofing to ensure professional results. He even went the extra step of spray painting a black primer to all exposed flashing for a more pleasing look. The second day a reduced crew of approximately 4 finished the job in about half a day.
