Description of Work: I contacted this company three times over about a two-three week period and never received a response of any kind. I was very disappointed that the owner could not at least return my call even if to say they were not taking on new clients at this time. I think this is a poor way to do business if you want to maintain good ratings and good customers.

+ -1 moreOverall, this is an excellent and very reasonable houekeeping service and I will continue using them.
Description of Work: We have a 5000 sq. ft. house with tile floors that take me a good 5 hours to really clean. This is all I really needed help with, but when they came to give me an estimate, the estimate was so reasonable that I asked them about the bathrooms. For 4 bathrooms and all of the floors, Busy Bee charges us $80 per cleaning. They send in 3-4 workers to do the cleaning and are in and out within 2.5 hours having done a very thorough job and many times a little extra. The team is timely, dependable and friendly.

No dusting of extremely fragile and/or valuable, antique or easily breakable items--we ask that you put these items out of the way prior to cleaning.
