+ -1 moreThey used pipe dope to reinstall the piping to the fireplace. The sloppy application of the putty caused the fireplace to malfunction by clogging the lines. It cost another $300 to clean out the pipes due to the wirk that A Cool Breeze did. They will not stand by their work after 30 days.
Description of Work: Replaced faulty fireplace valve and repaired some reported gas leaks.

+ 0 moreDid not check operation when completed. Will only warranty work and hardware for 30 days despite manufacturers warranty. Will not help over the phone. Said they are not in the business to help people find problems with thir work. Would never use them again Labor cost very high.
