+ -1 moreHe cameo pump the tank, but checked the tank and told me it did not need pumped. No charge for doing this in spite of needed to dig the top out, and cover it back for probably half an hour plus the round trip. Kept me posted by phone on when he would arrive. Great service, and the right approach to business. He could have just told me it needed pumped, done the work and got paid. But the check was free and he said he would check with me in 3 or 4 years.

+ -1 moreA-1 responded quickly to a request for inspection of the septic tank and field. A-1 provided recommendation for resolving his findings which required a new field installed. A-1 and the excavator work together in very timely manner in order to resolve the issues. A-1 worked extra hours so as to avoid work stoppage.
