Timberline Carpet and Upholstery Care

I had renters that were allowed 1 outdoor dog. Without my knowledge they had 4 dogs, that were allowed in and out of the house at will. Two of the dogs were small, but still. Pee is pee. To say that the urine smell was "strong" would be an understatement. Timberline made no promises about being able to 100% remove the stench but they did promise they'd do their best. Oh my goodness. I can't smell anything but clean! They double treated high traffic areas as well. Things look and feel so much better. I'm eventually going to remove or replace the carpets, but in the meantime, this cleaning saved me so much money and bought me some time until I have to redo the floors. Thank you so very much.

My experience with Edie and Dave was fantastic every step of the process. They were very accommdating in scheduling with my tight deadline, they were very pleasant and professional and did a wonderful job. As a pleasant bonus the products they used smelled great.

I hired timberline to help me get rid of a looming odor in my new home. While it turns out that the carpet was not the issue and I am still dealing with the odor, timberline were very friendly, efficient and helpful. They were also mystified about the odor the previous tenants left behind and gave me further suggestions. I would hire them to do my carpets again as they did a fine job, event hough it didn't help my overall problem.
