+ -1 moreThey came with 3 men and a loader, the man that was in charge, he then complained I didn't have enough packing blankets, we had 24 plus the blankets from the beds, I asked them to use them on the leather furniture and protect that. I had wrapped the other pieces with shink wrap. It became apparent that all of our things would not fit in the trailer and we asked they get the large items in as we would have a hard time packing them up. The loader then got rude and didn't like being told anything and started just putting things anywhere. They closed down the trailer door. We raised it up and what a mess. I called the Company and they asured me they would send someone over to fix it. The owner came to look at the mess after 5 or more calls. The next day 2 men came to fix it, saying they would unload a fourth of the trailer. I got into the trailer to look and it was awful as far back as I could see and the leather furniture wasn't covered and things were on top of it. I called the office and told them I would be working with them and fixing as much as we could, we unloaded over one thrid of the trailer and I crawled in and covered and repacked for 21/2 hours. I asked for compensation and they said the 2 men would be my compensation. I had given them my charge card and called that company and disputed the charge. I am a 65 year old woman
