Ron Ringo came out to our home, we told him all of the problems with the pool and what we wanted done to our concrete pool. Ron's representatives said they would be here (and never showed up). This was a real problem since we had four dogs that needed to come into the house while they were working on the pool. Kept me at home waiting around for worker/workers when they said they were coming, but didn't come. Job was estimated to take 4 days. It took over 5 weeks and my Husband ended up putting over 20 hours into the pool to help out and then to get the pool finished. Top step was a real problem and part of the estimate included re-doing this step. The step needed to be slanted so that the water drained off of it. After two weeks the step had been re-done, but was slanted to the corner NOT to the pool and Ron's worker was getting the pool ready for the primer. I call Ron and told him that if he wasn't going to do the job right to STOP and we'd get someone else into to do and call him when we were ready to paint. He assured me that the job would be done right. The places where the worker had chipped off paint and part of the plaster was NOT filled in. Ron assured me that these would be filled in by the paint (this was a lie! Ron has used this paint on other pools and he knew that all of the uneven surfaces would still be there.) Every surfiace is pitted with where the old paint was removed We ended up with a 'finished' pool that not even if it had been "FREE" would it have been acceptable. So we're looking at next year getting someone else to re-finish our pool.
Description of Work: Estimate was given to re-do our pool surface and reconstruct our top step. There were lots of places where the paint had bubbled, cracked, chipped, and up near the deck some plaster had fallen apart. The top step did not drain into the pool, but drained into the corner.
