This expirence was not great for me. It took 4 phone calls to the business before I was able to get my car scheduled for tinting services. During the conversation, twice it was suggested that I choose a tin that is darker than legal in the state of colorado, because they had some in stock they thought I should use. When I went to drop my car off, the owner/tinter was not there, with an employee stating she was on her way from a town 45 minutes away, but she would be there soon and my car would be started. 3 hours after my drop off time, we went to pick up and the job had not even been started, which was really disappointing. I decided I wanted a refund, and after an unprofessional conversation with the owner and another trip to the shop, was awarded my money.
Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for window tinting.

No return call. I had to find another service provider.
Description of Work: I have contacted this provider on two separate occasions, the most recent being this year, to request services. I reached voicemail and left messages. On neither occasion did I receive a return call.

The window tinting was done with 3M product with warranty. Three windows cracked. The warranty supports replacement of windows. The tinting was originally placed on 6/5/07. The cracks were reported on 9/07. Two bids were to be obtained and window replaced. Kelly has many excuses and doesn't back up her product and work. I have had to go to the main supplier in Denver for service. I highly recommend that you don't use the services of Montrose Window Tinting.
Description of Work: Windows were tinted with a 3M film by Montrose Window Tinting.
