Description of Work: I asked about getting a new water heater installed. They gave me one price but couldn't tell me what the breakdown would be. They mentioned what all was included, but when I mentioned that I had just replaced a couple of the items they had listed in their price less than a year ago, they said I would have to pay for them anyway...that they had just one price...that the price would be the same whether I needed it or not.
