This service did a beautiful job on repairing water damaged sub floor and replacing all the vinyl plank flooring and baseboard in my laundry room. They were very professional in dealing with the black mold that had grown behind the baseboard, my home is safe again!!

Jack and Amanda are THE best! They can do it all! They repaired and rebuilt our walls and painted our home after a swamp cooler line broke and flooded multiple levels. Not only are they experts in their trade, they were flexible with our schedule, efficient, respectful, responded promptly to every email, text, and phone call, and genuinely cared for our well-being and happiness. We couldnâ t have asked for a better company to help us during a vulnerable, stressful, and difficult situation. I will be using them to install new carpet in a few weeks. I HIGHLY recommend them!

JK Construction LTD Jack and Amanda were very kind, courteous and professional. They primed the interior and exterior of our home and a put two coates of of paint on the inside and outside. Their work was very meticulous making sure that the furniture and rugs were protected with masking tape and plastic. On the outside everthing was masked and covered with plastic so the cement would not be damaged by any excess paint. Overall they were very hard working and diligent to due the very best job that they could. They would always ask for any input we had regarding color, defects to the walls and exterior caulking and repairs. I would highly recommend them to provide quality work efficiently and at a price that is competitive. Thank you!

Hiring JK Construction to remodel my mothers condo was one of the best decisions we could have made. We initially contacted them to replace a bathtub with a walk-in shower, but we quickly realized that Jack and his team were just the folks we needed to remodel several other areas of her home. Jack and his team were professional, knowledgeable, prompt, respectful, hardworking and went far beyond our expectations to make my moms home a much safer and more comfortable place to live. Jack was very pleasant to work with and was very reasonable on price. He and his crew did an outstanding job on our log home and surprised us with how quickly they were able to get it done. The number 1 priority of Jack and his crew appears to be customer satisfaction. They treated the stain on the my cedar siding and painted the trim. Jack kept me fully informed as the job progressed. His crew worked hard and were always pleasant and polite. The house looks good and I was pleased with the whole process.

Jack, Amanda and their crew did an excellent job, with good communication to explain exactly what they would be doing. We had questions about the pressure washing phase, but Jack took the time to demonstrate exactly how the cedar siding would react to more aggressive pressure. We ended up using a Sherwin-WIlliams SuperDeck CedarTone transparent stain which was perfect for our project. We’ll use JK Construction again. Nicely done!
