Description of Work: Fixed a very tiny, size of Nickel crack. My insurance paid for service. But they charged my insurance $90! No wonder why our insurance is high. They did do good job & the guy that worked on car was very nice. Btw: Exact date I am not sure of when I went.

 + -1 moreFrom the call to make the appointment to the technicians that installed my new windshield, everyone was courteous, professional and on time as scheduled and promised. The technicians did the job quickly, but, did not cut any corners and did an excellent job. Glass Doctor should be used by anyone in the Woodbridge, NJ area who needs car window repair or replacement.
Description of Work: When I called to make the appointment to have my windshield replaced, due to a chip that turned into a large crack due to the heat, the phone contact was professional and the appointment was made for only 2 days after I called. I was given a 2 hour window for the appointment and the technician arrived within the allotted time period. When I made the appointment I gave them all the information about my car. When they arrived there was no delay in installing my new windshield, which they had brought with them. Within 45 minute of their arrival at my home, yes, I did not even have to leave my house, the windshield was installed. The techs gave me specific instructions to allow the windshield to cure with the product that was used to install the new windshield. I followed the instructions and since the installation have had no issues such as leaks, cracks, etc. which all are covered for the lifetime of my ownership of the car. So, if anything did or does go wrong the company will come back out and either fix it or replace the windshield free of charge. It was worth every penny I paid for my new windshield and for the skill and professionalism of both the people I dealt with in the office to book the appointment and the 2 techs that came to install my new windshield. I would HIGHLY recommend using Glass Doctor, Woodbridge, NJ, 07095, 732-636-4405

 + 1 moreQuick, efficient and affordable. Before Glass Doctor opened in Montrose we had called other glass shops who said they would come and make an estimate for work we needed done. But they never came. We have always been impressed with the Glass Doctor for good service and affordable pricing.
Description of Work: Just a few days before we were to have quests from out of town the Glass door on our shower refused to close. I was positive it would require replacing. Boy was I surprised when Curtis repaired the existing door and was in and our in about an hour. We have used Glass Doctor several times and will continue to do so in the future.

 + 0 moreThe appointment was made to accomidate my scheule, I wasn't told when it was best for them but was asked what was good for me. The person who made the appointment answered all my questions and confirmed the appointment and methods of payment accepted. The repairmen were on time and were professional and polite as well as described in detail the instructions for allowing the windshield to set for the best results. I never had to leave the comfort of my home for any part of the service which was extremely convenient. Would highly recommend this company,in fact, my neighbor is using them this week after seeing the professional job they did while at my home.
Description of Work: The servicemen came to my residence, which was extremely convenient because I wasn't without my car all day, and replaced my windshield. They were prompt, professional and not only moved the inspection sticker from the old windshield to the other but also my oil change sticker. The entire time to install was only about 45 minutes but I couldn't use the car for a recommended 12 hours. I have heard other people have issues with leaks after replacing car glass but it has been a few months and a very rainy spring and no water inside the vehicle. This company also guarentees the job for life so if any other rocks fly off a truck and damage my windshield this company will repair the damage free of charge for as long as I own the vehicle. Very satisfied.

I called on a Friday morning, Randy answered the phone and matter-of-fact-ly gathered the information needed, said he had the parts on hand and could have it fixed that afternoon between 1 and 4pm. I agreed, made the appointment, and at 2:30 the technician (unfortunately I didn't get his name) called from outside and took less than an hour to replace the glass. I appreciated his attention to doing a good job, which included vacuuming out all the broken glass inside and cleaning/aligning/lubricating all the gasket/edging to ensure smooth opening and closing.
