Description of Work: Floor Covering Warehouse was recommended to me by a local building inspector. In his line of work, he has seen quality jobs and poor jobs. He told me that Floor Covering Warehouse always does a quality job, that is why he hires them for his personal construction jobs. I hired them and was very impressed with the quality of material and quality of installation workmanship. I had new carpeting and tile installed in my 1700 sq ft home and it looks fantastic. their price was a little higher than some competitors, but you definitely get what you pay for. I would hire them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Floor Covering Warehouse installed 1000 sq. ft of carpet and 600 sq. ft of tile. The job was done professionally and completed within the scheduled time frame. The installers were punctual and professional. I highly recommend Rich for the tile install. He came up with a really nice design for the entryway. Our friends continue to comment on the quality of the design. Carl and Terry were the carpet installers and did a phenomenal job. The owner of the company, Len, was a pleasure to work with and even through in some additional labor at no charge for me. Their price was a little higher than their competition, but you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend Floor Covering Warehouse and their staff to anyone! I would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I used Floor Covering Warehouse for buying and installing the new tiles in my house in November. It cost us about $1400 for 3 rooms.

Description of Work: Ordered tile from a quote and they tried to add freight charges that would have drastically changed the quoted price. I cancelled the order then contacted the store owner, who offered to waive shipping if we went ahead with order. Order was placed and tile was installed. Lay out changed and more tile was needed, when the same sales person (True) was contacted, it took her most of the day to contact me and tell me that the tile I had just purchased was unavailable without ridiculous shipping costs. I did not go ahead with this order and will not be giving this business any more of my business.
