Company owner, Jake England, visited our house and provided evaluation for a proposed 14' x 20' pergola to cover an existing deck. A couple of days later we received a quotation for materials and installation, which was acceptable to us. The pergola would be free-standing, and some deck boards would need to be removed to facilitate installation of the posts. We were placed in the construction cue for the project start 6 weeks out. 1/2 down was paid at contracting, with balance due upon completion. Crew showed up on the start date as expected. It was a crew of 2, and they were professional, friendly and efficient. First day spent removing deck boards and setting posts. Two days later they were back to began assembly of pergola components, which are made of PVC/vinyl type material. They finished the next day after that (3 days total). Completed pergola looks great. If you work with this company you need to be patient for start of job. Also, we talked to office about giving customers more detailed information about when crew will be on the job. All issues were really minor. Overall, we are quite satisfied with both the work and product.
