Finding a realtor can be difficult, especially in the overly saturated market you'll find in Montrose. When sifting through a sea of glamor shots, you hope to get a realtor who will communicate effectively and works hard for their commission so at the end of the deal you are left feeling relieved and satisfied that you got your money's worth. Debi provides none of that. I'm honestly baffled as to where all the money goes apart from her shiny truck and injectables. Is it invested in a photographer to help showcase your property in its best light? Nope. She takes it upon herself to photograph your home with her iPad (yes, iPad) marching through your home like a tourist that got separated from their tour group in Times Square. Did I pay for peace of mind? HA! She assured me that her job as the seller's agent would be to ease my mind until closing. The only thing the woman is good at is starting fires. Between her and her assistant sending vague texts and hard to decipher emails that seemed somewhat urgent, when my husband or I would ask for clarification, she was quick to rattle off a list of reasons why she was unavailable like being "out to eat with family' or other personal business I had zero interest in while letting an offer sit in her inbox like it's no big deal. The topper of this nightmare sundae was the fact that the woman couldn't even be bothered to settle up with us at closing. As we were out of state and had to mail our documents in, it was left in my husbands hands to follow up with the title agency to make sure everything went through. NOT ONE SINGLE WORD FROM DEBI. We waited over the weekend to ensure our money was in our account, which by a fair assumption would only allow me to believe that she too received her money, and still NOT ONE SINGLE WORD FROM DEBI. No "thank you for your business" No "I truly appreciate the fact that I just took thousands of dollars of your money and did absolutely nothing to deserve it" NOTHING. My only assumption is that she possibly had an adverse reaction to her fillers, so when that settles down I'd be more than happy to tell her exactly where she can place her freshly plumped pout THAT WE PAID FOR no less!! With that being said, I suggest you go to your nearest book store, purchase Real Estate For Dummies, immediately throw the book in the trash. That way you're only wasting $19.95 and not the thousands of dollars we did feeling like just another number in the monster of a machine that is Montrose's ridiculous market right now and you'll still be way ahead of the game. Complete and total waste all around. And Debi- from the bottom of my heart, you are so very welcome

Her price is average like any other realtor, they are percentage. She is so good and used to work for another company and when we were looking for a property but we stopped looking for a while because we were discouraged but we went back and we found her a year later because we wanted to work with her and she found us a property we wanted to build on. We also used her for other lots and she?s got one of our lots for sale and we are going to build a sect home and she is going to enlist it for us. She is awesome and hard working. She goes the extra mile. She will not sell you something just to make money. She is honest as can be.

She just started out on her own a year or so ago. She used to work for another agency and I used her then too. She charges the average commission for property like anybody else charges. We are going to be reselling and reinvesting; we are using her again. She will not sell us anything just to make a commission. For instance, I was looking for my friend who is a single woman who is going to be retiring and moving out to Montrose in the next couple of years. She wanted to go and invest in a house now. When we went and looked at the house, Debi said that she just didn’t think that it would be good for her and that it is going to more work than she can do. She could have said it won't be that big of a deal. She did some research and said that she is going to have permits done because the house was over this many years old. She said let us keep looking. She is honest. She is not looking to sell us a house; she is looking to find us a home, which is definitely what we want in a realtor. I have worked with a lot of realtors in my life because we have done a lot of building and investing in this stuff. I will never use anybody but her. In fact, we had used her years ago when she was with another agency. She left the agency, because of the fact that they weren't doing things right by people and there was a lot of conflict. Debi is a nice, Christian woman. She was not willing to play those games, so she went out on her own. We went back looking for her and found her. When she did her new business, we were back in this area ready to do some more buying. I can't say enough about this woman. She will go out of her way. If I can't get there to look at a house, she will look at it for me. She will say before I waste my time, she will go make sure it's worth it; she is that kind of person. There is not many of those.
