We picked up the chair seats on April 28 but I forgot to ask for the remaining leather. We did not care for the new padding as the seat would woosh when you sat down. We noticed a flaw in the leather in the middle of one seat when we were putting them back on and rejected it thinking there was plenty of leather and there would be a quick fix. It is now near the end of October and we still have no chair. Apparently when the hide came in, no one looked at it and it went straight to the upholsterer. There were so many flaws in the hide that the upholsterer had to use the whole hide and even then could not get six acceptable chairs. All of my many calls and visits to the store were answered with "we are trying to get leather". They ordered a pillow but when it came it was the wrong leather. Supposedly they have the right leather now but each time I ask, the upholsterer is either sick or having family issues. I am not allowed to speak directly with that person. I have asked that the owner call me but that has not happened. UPDATE: Chairs finally delivered Friday, December 19, 2014.
