Description of Work: My oven wasn't heating. They came out and worked on it, but it still didn't work. I called them back and they returned the next day and fixed it at no charge. I haven't tried to use it yet.

+ -1 moreOn time and very professional. I found out that my HE Washer was going to cost as much to repair as it would be to replace it. Wasn't great news, but appreciated the honesty. Their going rate for repair is high but we felt that the urgency warranted the cost. If you are looking for a reliable, honest repair service these are your guys. If you are looking for an inexpensive one, they probably aren't for you.

+ 1 moreAfter shopping the big box stores and another local appliance store I visited Best Appliance. John asked questions that were pertinent to the amount and types of laundry my family does, he gave me information on several types and brands of washers and dryers; and then actually directed me to a lesser expensive unit that fit the bill. It was late in the afternoon on a Friday and I expected I would not be able to have the units delivered until the following weekend. Instead I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to deliver them within the next hour, even though it was a little after hours (I have to add that I only live a short distance from the store.) Between not trying to sell me on the most expensive units on the floor and the customer service, I have to say they are amazing.
Description of Work: Purchase of washer and dryer unit.

+ -1 moreNot good. The manager was belligerent, angry said we do not know what we were doing and he will put us on the collection list right away if we do not pay in full by the end of the month. There was no room to dispute this false service charge.
Description of Work: Called the company for a follow up to their repair work on our washing machine. The machine was spinning loudly and the door would not close properly after they replaced a seal. The repair work for the seal replacement was $225.00. I asked them to follow up on their work because of poor service. They agreed. After the follow up visit I was handed a bill for $135.00. I was asked to pay this up front. I was shocked and told the repairman I did not understand and would follow up with the manager. I did this. The manager said it was not a follow up visit for their work, just another service call. He said "pay it or you will go on the collection list" of which there are many people because they dispute their services.
