Description of Work: He repaired 2 balcony, built a bath deck, repaired and replaced a roof, pit in heat coil, built a front deck and did some work on our dryer.

Richard explained all the options and also offered good solutions that other roofers did not consider. His over the top communication skills and customer service were something we don't see enough of these days. First-rate experience at a reasonable price.
